My Story

I grew up in MEDELLIN, Colombia, a city known for its hardworking people. My family consisted of my mother, three sisters, and me, I'm the youngest.

From my early school years, I've been drawn to entrepreneurship, finding joy in sales and building connections. These experiences greatly influenced me and led me to pursue an engineering degree at the university.

However, it soon became evident that my true passion lay in connecting with people.

After completing my engineering degree in Colombia, I began my professional journey with "Demco Ingenieria", a switchboard production company. Yet, after four years there, I felt something was missing in my life, and I wanted to find my purpose, which led me to Australia.

When I moved to Australia in 2019, I ventured into the cleaning industry despite facing challenges due to visa restrictions. It was during this time that I met Josh and Bec.

When the opportunity to join 'Elco,' presented by Josh and Bec, arose, I was thrilled by the promising prospects ahead. A shared purpose and belief in Elco's potential and a desire to create value led to the inception of 'Globoz,' a company dedicated to assisting international migrants in Australia.

Today, I find myself involved in two businesses: Globoz and ElClean. I'm excited about the value and impact we create through these ventures. I enjoy the journey, accompanied by incredible people. Elco's unique ecosystem, with its daily evolution and adaptability, continues to inspire me. It's an ongoing, incredibly exciting journey.
